Chanakya Niti in English, Chanakya was born about four hundred years ago in a place called Tachshila in India. Chanakya's childhood name was Vishnugupta Sharma. His name was Kautilya, being in the Katuja gotra. Because of Chanak's son, he was called Chanakya, because of his clever intellect, he was also called Chanakya. He was intelligent and ethical. Chanakya is considered the best and paramount place in Indian politics. Chanakya received his primary education at Taxila, after receiving his primary education, he came to Pataliputra to get higher education.

During the rule of Magadha, then the very greedy and tyrannical King Ghananand was seated. Chanakya was a scholar but his appearance was ugly, he was of Krishna varna, once he was called by the king in the court where more ministerial courtiers were present. When Chanakya reached the court, the king insulted him for his form in the same meeting. Chanakya was furious, then he opened his top and said, O king, the humiliation you have done to me in this full meeting today, I will one day take vengeance on it. And vowed that I would not tie my top until a worthy person sat on the throne of Magadha. Chanakya made Chandragupta, an ordinary young man, with his intelligence the suzerainty of the empire of the mighty Magadha, hence he is also called the emperor of diplomacy. This shows us how dualistic Chanakya was. This was a small account of Chanakya's life.

  1. Acharya Chanakya has said in his Chanakya policy that if there is no king in the kingdom then it is good, but it is not good to be a bad king, that is, a tyrannical king.
  2. If no one has friends then it is good but bad friends are not good
  3. It is good if no one has a disciple but it is good to have a condemned student
  4. If the wife is not good then it is not good to have a characterless wife
Chanakya has said in his Niti Granth that in relation to friendship, how should we test the test of friendship.
Indirectly, those who spoil the work by doing evil in the back and the friend who speaks sweetly in front must be abandoned. That friend is like a pot filled with poison, with some milk on its face.

Acharya Chanakya has told in his Chanakya policy that how a father should treat his son.
The son should be loved for five years when he becomes ten years old, he should be disciplined, when he is sixteen years old, then treat him like a  friend.

Aacharya Chanakya has written in his book about cosmic happiness
A person who has a beautiful woman in his house is Lakshmi, that is full of wealth, son and grandson is full of qualities, that house is more beautiful than Indraloka in this earth, that is to say, that the way happiness in Indraloka Vaibhav is there, in that house he is everything.

Acharya Chanakya has written about a foolish person to stay away from him.
Chanakya says that a fool should stay away from a person, because a fool is like a two-legged animal in which thorns are not visible directly, but he keeps sowing thorns repeatedly.

In fact, the policies that Chanakya has presented motivate us to walk on the path of welfare. Acharya Chanakya has exposed the harsh truth of life in his Chanakya Niti.

Chanakya Niti for student life (Chanakya Niti for students)

Chanakya has created some such policies for student life in his book.

work, anger, greed, consumption of healthy substances, makeup, laughter, joke, sleep, do not give much time in your body service.

1. The  student should avoid work feelings:
The person whose lust continues to arise in the mind, the person starts to remain turbulent all the time. Such a person can take any right-wrong way to fulfill his desires. Similarly, if a student gets caught in the lust of work, then he leaves the studies and starts getting attracted to other works. All his attention is focused only on the fulfillment of his lust and he becomes far away from education and such students also destroy their body with disharmony. Therefore, students should always avoid such feelings.

2. The  student should try not to get angry:
In anger, a person becomes blind, does not recognize the true wrong, and the person who has a temper temperament and even gets angry at the smallest thing does something that needs to be regretted later when people become angry to Let's do bad things too. A person of such nature never remains calm. It is very important to have a calm and monotonous mind in order to get knowledge. On receiving education from a restless mind, a man only hears that knowledge never understands it and can follow it. Therefore, to get an education, it is very important for a man to control his anger.

3.  Students should never be tempted:
We have been hearing from childhood that greed is bad, we have heard and read from everyone, greedy persons can use anyone for their own benefit and can cheat anyone. Such people do not think at all about right and wrong. One who has a feeling of getting the goods or rights of others and is always planning to get it. Such a person can never be vigilant about his learning and wastes all his time in fulfilling his greed. Students should never let greed or greed get in their mind.

4. The student should be restrained on his tongue, do not always be in the circle of food:
A person whose tongue is not in his control, he is always in search of tasty dishes. Such a person, except for other things, only gives the most important to food. Many times, due to the taste of tasty dishes, a person compromises with his health. The student should keep restraint on his tongue, so that he can take care of both his health and his learning, because when both body and mind are healthy, only then can one learn with a good mind.

5.  Do not spend much time in your body service (makeup):
Any student whose mind is engaged in grooming, he spends most of his time in these things. Such human beings always think of themselves to look the most beautiful and different, and this is why in their minds, things related to beauty, good attire and living habits keep wandering. A student who thinks about grooming is never able to attain learning by focusing on one place. The student should always avoid such situations.

6.  Students should not always waste time jokingly:
One of the most important qualities of a good student is seriousness. It is very important for a student to get serious in order to get an education and success in life. Students who waste all their time in laughter and jokes, they never achieve success. To get knowledge, it is very important to have a state of mind and a student who is laughing and joking is never able to keep his mind stable. So the student should be serious.

7.  Avoid sleeping more than necessary:
It is necessary for a healthy person to sleep for 6-7 hours, students should also always keep in mind that they avoid excessive sleep. Excessive sleep always leads to fatigue in our body and if the body is tired then it becomes difficult to concentrate, and it is very important to focus the mind for study. Therefore the student should abandon sleep.
